remove any listings or any advertisements for any reason. In no case shall enter_yours
be liable for any costs or events that occur beyond its control including, but
not limited to, network outages, Internet connectivity problems and client
side browser issues.
The following disclaimer and terms of use apply generally to all postings to
the enter_yours site It is hereby also understood that any person posting
to enter_yours will have been presented with this disclaimer and terms of
use prior to doing so and, as such, be subject to its terms as indicated

You are entirely responsible and liable for all

the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to
use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works
from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part)
worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or
technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that
may exist in such Content.

shall not be responsible for any Content. enter_yours does not prescreen
or monitor all Content as a matter of policy, but enter_yours shall have

Agreement or any rules enter_yours has in place at the time. enter_yours
may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some, all, or no areas of enter_yours
for adherence to this Agreement or rules.

You expressly agree that use of enter_yours
is at your own risk. enter_yours shall not be responsible to you for any
content found on enter_yours . enter_yours expressly disclaims all
warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. enter_yours makes no
warranty that enter_yours will be timely, secure, error free, or meet
your requirements; nor does enter_yours make any warranty as to the
results that may be obtained from the use of enter_yours or as to the
accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through enter_yours.
No advice or information, whether oral or written obtained by you from enter_yours
shall create a warranty not expressly made herein. You understand and agree
that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of enter_yours
is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely
responsible for any damages to your computer or loss of data that results in
the downloads of such content. To the full extent permissible under the
applicable law, enter_yours shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or
inability to use enter_yours or for the cost of procurement of substitute
goods and services resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained
